To mitigate any risks, we propose a Project Methodology that is designed to:
- Promote Transparency: whereby client will have regular and detailed insight into the project progress; including frequent/periodic access to the project deliverables.
- Allow Flexibility: whereby client will have the opportunity to (periodically) adjust priorities and resource levels in order to focus the project towards key deadlines and/or budget constraints.
- Permit Adaptability: whereby the project team will be capable to efficiently adapt to Controlled and Defined changes in the system requirements. Requirement change (or change in interpretation of requirements) is inevitable in any software project and project success depends on being able to adapt when the changes do occur.
- Maintain constant Quality: whereby Quality Control will be an integral part of the entire project life cycle. Quality Control Engineers will be engaged early and frequently in order to find issues with the design and to find software defects before they become inherent in the architecture.
- Accelerate the Go Live Date: by focusing on the most essential features required for system deployment the software will be available to users sooner rather than later. Non-essential features should be deferred.
